Paws First, known as Prioritizing Animal Welfare Support (PAWS), was inspired by the vision of creating a world where animals no longer endure suffering and neglect. Recognizing the vast needs of animals worldwide, we focus on supporting, funding, and donating to initiatives that provide critical care and advocacy for animal welfare. Through engaging community events, unique merchandise, and direct donations, PAWS mobilizes resources and public support to empower existing animal welfare projects. Our goal is to ensure that animals everywhere can experience life as fulfilling and secure as Roger's—once a stray, now a beloved pet with a heartwarming tale of resilience and care.
Mission
At Paws First, our mission is driven by the personal journeys of our co-founders, Taylor and Jackson, who witnessed firsthand the harsh realities faced by animals during their time in Thailand and travels around the world. They observed countless strays suffering from neglect, poor health, and often cruel treatment—situations where the welfare of animals was consistently overlooked. Inspired by these experiences and starting with the adoption of Roger, a stray who found a new lease on life, they vowed to change this narrative. Paws First is dedicated to ensuring that animals are not just an afterthought but a priority.
